One of the most common discussions we have at PWC is around intellectual property issues for our writing, especially during our AI discussion in May. That is why we have asked Maria Crimi Speth to come and speak with us.
Maria Crimi Speth, a shareholder in the law firm of Jaburg & Wilk, P.C., practices in the areas of intellectual property, technology, and commercial litigation, representing clients and serving as a neutral.
Litigating for over thirty-five years, she is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Arizona and New York, as well as the Courts of Appeals for six circuits and the Supreme Court. She is the author of two published books, Protect Your Writings: A Legal Guide for Authors, and Protect Your Photographs: A Legal Guide for Photographers.
Maria is a member of the AAA’s Roster of Arbitrators and Mediators. She is the past Chair of the Board of YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix. She is a past chair of the Intellectual Property and E-commerce Sections of the Arizona State Bar Association.
